Expand the Your contacts folder (on the left) to see your imported contacts.

Click the Cancel button to exit the Import contacts panel.

After a few moments, you should see the Import successful message with the count of how many contacts were imported.Finally, click the Upload button to import contacts.Select the contacts.csv file you exported in the steps above and click the Open button.In the Import contacts panel, click on the Browse button and use the file explorer to navigate to the location in which you stored the exported contacts file.Click Manage on the Office 365 toolbar (top right under the avatar icon) and select Import contacts.Click the People icon (bottom left next to Calendar) to access your Contacts screen.Open the exported file to confirm there is contact information in it.When prompted, save the contacts.csv file onto your computer.Click the Export button to download your contacts.You have the choice of selecting All contacts or selecting a Contacts folder. In the Export contacts panel, select which contacts you want to export.Click Manage on the Office 365 toolbar (top right under the avatar icon) and select Export contacts.

Click the People icon (bottom left next to Calendar) to get to your Contacts screen.
